The Foster 英雄联盟联盟 Recorder is an elected position with a four year term. The current Foster 英雄联盟联盟 Recorder is Lynelle Lyman-Hoppe. She was elected in 2002.
As the Recorder she performs the following duties:
- Recording of legal documents according to specifications of 英雄联盟联盟 Dakota statutes as set forth in the 英雄联盟联盟 Dakota Century Code
- Maintaining and preserving an archival copy of those records for public use
- Issues marriage licenses
- Provides passport applications
- Administrating and policy functions of the Recorder’s 英雄联盟下注平台
- Do and perform all acts not enumerated in this section which the recorder is required to do by law (see Chapter 11-18: 英雄联盟联盟 Recorder.)
Up until August of 2001 the Recorder was known as the Register of Deeds.
